Description
A flat, round turned bowl made from boxthorn wood. It has a wide opening and a flared lip. There are some large pieces of timber missing from the lip. Some parts are smooth, others are rough.

This bowl was turned by Rex Binns in his Manaia workshop from boxthorn wood sourced from south Taranaki. It was displayed in the Taranaki Museum exhibition " Boxthorn- It has no equal. " which was held from June - September 2000.
