"N.Z. Fungus 40"
Description
An unframed oil painting on canvas depicting an unidentified New Zealand fungus. There are three clear clusters of different coloured fungi; the cluster across the bottom of the canvas is a silvery purple, the cluster along the left side of the canvas is dark purple, and the cluster to the right is pale pink. The background is mostly brown and appears to depict the trunk of a tree. There is a strip of yellow-green grass along the bottom edge of the canvas.
