 Description
A New Plymouth Centre Country Women's Institute banner. The banner is made of linen cotton with a yellow fringe around the outside edges and across the top. There is a wooden rod painted black with rubber stoppers on either end and thin corded tie for hanging. In the centre there are yellow flowers with green leaves painted and the text at the top reads: "New Plymouth / Centre C.W.I. / 1937".
