Fan
Description
A folding fan with an elaborately carved flower pattern on the wooden sticks and guards. The mount is made of a sheer fabric that is embroidered with two birds and a flowering branch. There are two thread tassels hanging from the metal rivet. The fan was contained in a japanned box with a hinged lid and a predominantly blue interior with a sunken shape to fit the fan when it was closed.
