Description
A hat made of mint green straw. The hat is decorated with cream paper that is spiked out on top of the green straw base. The brim is trimmed with green satin and there is a matching strip of fabric with a bow around the top of the crown. " Jacoll / Regd / Hat / Made in New Zealand " is written on a label inside.
