Description
Wool kaupapa woven in horizontal rows of whatu-aho-rua. Aho made from muka spaced at 13 mm intervals10 whenu to every 10 mm. Pheasant feathers woven in singularly on every seventh whenu, which have been applied to each row and spaced alternately. A kiwi trim at the neck edge and kereru side borders are placed every six whenu. All feathers have been woven in only once and not in the usual manner.
