 Description
Metal medal in the shape of a three pence postage stamp . The centre features a pair of huia perched on a branch around which is written in a circular band "New Zealand Postage and Revenue". "Three Pence" is written below. On the bottom third of the medal is written "Tarapex '98'. The medal is accompanied by a small clear plastic stand made up of two parts which slot together. The right side of the stand has "A.J. Parkes 40-50" on it.
