Description
A straight sided earthenware coffee pot glazed with a green interior and a yellow, green and cream exterior. The handle is rounded at the top and straight at the back joining the pot in the bottom third. The top of the pot is decorated with drizzled glaze of red and yellows, and green. At the top is a small cream lid with a green knob in the centre and two lugs at the bottom. The lug fits into a notch in the rim of the pot allowing the lid to be secured in place. Marked on the base with a black printed signature of the maker. Part of a set which includes a cream jug and sugar bowl.
