Description
A commemorative hat made from cardboard and decorated with crepe paper and nylon bristles. The outside of the hat is covered in red crepe paper with a gold medallion-shaped sticker on the crown. The hat band is made up of strips of crepe paper. In the front is a strip of white card with " 1882 - Hawera Borough - Jubilee - 1932 " written on it. Above the writing are white bristles stuck on the hat by a crescent shaped sticker with glitter on it.
