A wristwatch with a silver coloured metal casing and an off white coloured face. The face has three rings around it with numbers which are blue, red and black with each ring. In the centre are the bold Arabic numerals " 2,3,4," and "8,9,10". The "1,5,6,7,11,and 12" are replaced by two small dials at the centre's top and bottom. On the centre above the hands is the word "optima". On the right facing side of the case is the winder and two push buttons for starting and stopping the timer. The watch has its two bars but the strap is missing.
This wristwatch was purchased by Peter Peckham from a German soldier at the liberation of Copenhagen in 1945. He paid sixty cigarettes for it.
