Description
A portable Gulbransen electric radio with a bakelite and metal case. The radio has two panels of brown plastic which are joined in the centre by a 7.5cm gold coloured metal panel in the front of the radio. There is a raised five pointed star above the green tuning screen with white numbers between 5.5 and 16. " Gulbransen " is moulded in the metal casing below the screen. There are two white knobs on the front, the left facing knob is the volume and power control and the right facing knob is the tuner. A speaker grill is mounted in the bottom section of the metal section.A white cord with a black three point plug is attached to the base of the radio. The handle is missing from the top.
