Description
Muka kaupapa worked in horizontal rows of Whatu-aho-tahi. Five whenu to 10mm. Ara spaced at 5mm intervals. Hukahuka and pompoms dyed blue/black and brown are arranged in vertical rows over kaupapa. A thick fringe, kurapatu at neck, hem and outer edges are decorated in rectangle boxes of feathers which include pheasant, kereru and quail hen.
