Small watercolour showing "a view of the Bushrangers camp at Wai-iti, looking North East", inscribed in pencil on rear. Redoubt and camp on the right hand side of the middleground with a single figure carrying wood. Scrub in foreground and hills with trees in the background. The redoubt has been identified as Papatiki Redoubt.
