Cattle and a horse graze in paddock to left of house. Mt. Taranaki/Egmont and hills in distant background. Printed text below image reads:- GLANAVON [Glen Avon] A FARM OF CAPT. DAVY'S / Published by Smith Elder & Co. Cornhill." also "Drawn by Mr Good" and "Ford & George Lithographers 54 Hatton Garden". Housed in folder of cream matting board.
