Description
A cardboard hat decorated with crepe paper and bristles. The top half of the hat is covered in red crepe paper with a gold sticker on the top. The hat band is made up of plaited strips of red, green and white crepe paper. A strip of white paper is glued above the hat band on the front. "1882 - Hawera Borough Jubilee - 1932" is written on the paper. A crescent shape with glitter on it is above the hat band and some white bristles are stuck into the crescent.
