Description
A green moulded and glazed earthenware Fancy Fayre gravy boat jug and saucer. The gravy boat is squat with a concave wide "U"- shaped spout and a high "C"- shaped handle. Each side of the sauce boat is decorated with moulded lettuce leaves and two red painted tomatoes. The base is oval and sits on an oval shaped saucer. The saucer is also decorated with moulded lettuce leaf patterns and two enamel painted tomatoes on each end. On the base is a printed mark " Fancy Fayre Salad Ware ". " 405 " is stamped into the base of the saucer on the outer edge of the foot.
