Paepae

Description
Consists of one frontal figure flanked on each side by a figure in side profile while a manaia figure appears on each end. The two figures to the left of the central figure are somewhat decayed. Sex of the figures is undeterminable. The figures link arms but not legs. Puwerewere is used on the brows and on the right end manaia's arm. The rest of the decoration consists of pakati and plain double spirals. On some of the hands the two outer fingers curve away from the inner finger. A decoration band is present along the top and bottom of the paepae. Unlike other figures from the area the figures on this paepae do not have foreheads. No lashings bar is present but two lashing holes are present along the base and four lashing holes are present along the top.
