Poster advertising the New Plymouth "Military Tattoo" at Rugby Park on 13 November 1976. The New Plymouth City Centennial Military Tattoo, as it was also known, was held to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the formation of the borough and county council system which replaced the old Taranaki province that had existed since 1853.
