 Description
Watercolour by John Lysaght Moore titled "Mt Egmont from Dawson Falls". Compared to other works held in the collection, this work has a brighter pallet. Depicts view of Mt Taranaki /Egmont with Fanthams Peak on the left and dense bush in the foreground. Very similar to A85.187. Handwritten in black ink on lower left edge is:- "Mt Egmont from Dawson Falls". "John L. Moore 1950" also in black ink on lower right edge. This work is matted.
