Koruru face at centre surrounded by wide silver border and flanked at both sides with weaving and carving motifs. A landscape silhouette of Kapiti Island is at the top and koru with gold infill is at bottom. This is from Ford's Kapiti Series. This series was done around 1980. Te Manawa has a number of works in the series.
