Description
Ngāmotu Beach carnival, looking east towards New Plymouth. Tents and boatsheds or cottages can be seen lining the sand and the Ngamotu Palladium is visible in the background. The Palladium opened on 1 January 1917 and functioned as tearooms as well as hosting birthday parties and dances until it was demolished in 1969.
