Hand tinted ambrotype portrait of Emily J. Woon, daughter of the Reverend William Woon. Emily is seated and is resting one arm on a table covered with a patterned table cloth. She is wearing a dress with a light coloured collar and a bonnet that is tied under her chin. Her cheeks and hands are lightly tinted pink. The portrait is framed by a plain gold matt with embossed metal edging. The ambrotype is not contained in a case.
