Each flower is delicately painted to show five petals for each flower with different shades of pink and white to show definition and a yellow and green center. At the bottom of the tee tree is the Gautheria species, the painting shows two distinctive shapes a white circular shape with a yellow centre to emphasis a frontal view and white bell shaped flowers with a yellow centre to emphasis a side view. The surronding leaves are long and oval shaped with tinges of yellow.
The Bulbophyllum pygmaeum is also painted in the centre of the Gaultheris and is depicted as a small circular bush with small circular strokes that are green with tinges of yellow it is hard to understand if these are considered leaves or a small flowers. Below this small bush is another branch of the Gaultheria species with white flowers.
