Doyle family's homestead located on Bayly Road, Warea. The house is a small villa-style building with weatherboard cladding and a double gabled corrugated iron roof with finails at the end of each gable. There is a small porch with a corrugated iron roof and decorative brackets at each corner. The house has sash windows, and there is a chimney on the far side of the roof. A corrugated iron water tank is behind the house on the left next to a wooden gate. In front of the house is a garden with a hedge running behind it, and there is a post and wire fene running across the foreground. A man holding a garden tool and a woman holding a baby are standing in front of the house on the right.

The house was demolished in the 1970s.
