Warea Store

Production date
1922
Description
Exterior of the Warea Store, from across the street. The store is a wide, low building with a corrugated iron foor and sides, and a weatherboard-clad facade. There are three posts holding up the sloping roof to create an open porch in front. Signs painted on the store front read "Warea Store" and "Telegraph Office", and there are advertising signs for "Sykes Lemon Squash / The purest fruit drink on the market sold here" and "Sykes Household Remedies made by Qualified Chemists". A picket fence runs along the road side to the right of the building with bushes behind.

The Warea Store was owned by Cyrill Moss.
