Description
Calendar for 1910, with dark blue coloured card at top, and twined string loop for suspension. Wording reads “WITH THE COMPLIMENTS OF JAS. WILSON, Coachbuilder, WHEELWRIGHT and GENERAL SMITH, INGLEWOOD.” In small print below “H.I. JONES & SON, Ltd., Wholesale Booksellers and Manufacturing Stationers, Wanganui, New Zealand.” Three large rusted metal staples secure twelve pages, one for each month, to card at top (first page, January, detached however). Each page has a photograph with brief caption, and border either side made up of linear patterning within repeating squares and rectangles, in the Arts and Crafts style. Significant dates are repeated at the bottom of each page.

December: “A CRISP MORNING” – shows black-faced sheep on a snowy road
Reverse of calendar has the twelve months of 1910 shown as one.
