Circular medal with central stylised depiction of a camera, with superimposed rectangle, triangle and curvilinear design; navy ribbon and metal pin attached. Lettering "CHICAGO COLOR CAMERA CLUB" around edge, with four 'C's below. On reverse, incised lettering reads "AWARD 21st CHICAGO INTERNATIONAL COLOR SLIDE EXHIBIT 1966". Maker's stamp below "W.M. SCHAIDDE / CHICAGO / GOLD FILLED".
