Description
The case was brought by The Guardian Trust and Executors Company of New Zealand Limited, suing as Trustee in the Estate of Arthur Sidney Tonks, formerly of Hawera but now deceased and on behalf of and representing the said Estate and the persons beneficially interested in remainder in the residue of the said estate. The defendant was Brian Cuthbert Lysaght of Hawera, Gentleman.
