Description
The plaintiff Te Rawhiti brought the action against defendants Mua Carr and Hapeta Nuku. The three, with Wehi Takamori and Pokere Moeahu, were appointed the Committee of Management under the Native land Act 1909, in connection with Ngatimanuhiakai Block 21 B.
The plaintiff asserted that accounts relating to the dealings of the committee had not been produced to the plaintiff despite repeated requests. The action requested that the defendants be ordered to produce such accounts.
