Documents pertain to a case filed by married woman (Marsh) against solicitor (Baldwin) regarding payments to the defendant by the plaintiff on behalf of herself and members of the Ngatirahiri Hapu of the Atiawa Tribe. The money was given to the defendant to be held in trust for the plaintiff. The plaintiff has requested from time to time for accounts of what has been expended and to be paid any money that has not be expended but claims the defendant has failed to do this.
