Taranaki Land District - No 169. Shows rural lands open for lease on perpetuity in the survey districts of Aria, Heao, Totoro and Waro, Clifton County. Includes plan of available sections showing county boundaries, survey district boundaries, block boundaries, Crown land, Native land, Forest Reserve, Educations Reserves and horse tracks in addition to sections. Table of first and second class surveyed land and instructions to applicants. Land open for selection on lease in perpetuity in the survey districts of Ohura, Totoro and Clifton County are also included on the same plan (Scale : 60 chains to an inch). Lands available from 9th March 1904.
