Toki Pounamu
Description
This toki appears to have been fashioned from a natural shaped cobble.The butt end is rebated for accommodation the lashing onto a handle. Mostly intact and sharp cutting edge. Fine translucent nephrite. One large chip / broken piece at the tang end. Re-attached for ease of storage with a spot of B72 clear lacquer, this can be removed with acetone thinner.
