An incomplete holding of the community newspaper The Pātea Mail. Collection begins on 11 December 1985 (no.129) and runs through to 10 February 1999 (no.287). Issues 223 (c. October 1993) and 240 (c. March 1995) are missing.
Includes a special edition published on 25 April 1974 to mark the opening of the Patea Historical Society's Museum, Aotea Utanganui - this issue details the history of the site of the museum and of Patea more broadly, with articles about the Patea Historical Society, South Taranaki railways, Patea Rugby Club and Patea County Council plus local business advertisements.
