Dining chair

Description
Dark stained, carved wooden chair. The seat and back depict large carved fish/dolphin folk art designs that are reminiscent of early 20th century European carvings and heraldic images. The full sides show a large flower-like design and a floral motif on the chair apron. The legs are cut from the sides in an arched design. Home-made. Made by Bertha and Violet Bathurst.
