Hette Phipps, Photograph Album
Description
Photograph album pages for album that belonged to Hette Pearl Phipps. There are 28 loose pages with silver gelatin snapshot prints fastened onto the pages with black photo corners. The photographs depict alpine and tramping activities in Taranaki, with some photographs annotated. There are also several gaps with photo corners but no photographs. The album has lost its cover but is enclosed in a brown sheet of card with "H.P.Phipps" written on the front in black ink and an Egmont National Park Board certificate attached to the back that certifies P. Phipps reached the summit of Mount Taranaki on September 15 1931.
