 Description
An Army Long Service and Good Conduct Medal. The silver medal features a trophy of arms with the royal arms at the centre. " FOR / LONG SERVICE / AND / GOOD CONDUCT " is marked on the reverse. "Barrack Sergt. H. Cahill G.O.C.C. 17th June 1875 " is inscribed around the edge. The medal is topped by a swivelling scrolled suspension bar. A crimson, subtly striped ribbon accompanies the medal.
