Description
Colour slide of the oil and gas refinery on Breakwater Road, Moturoa. The slide shows the refinery building and other structures. A car parking area is visible in the background on the left and Paritutu rock is also visible in the background.
The refinery was commissioned in 1954, began operation in 1957 and was closed in 1975.
