Sialia sialis. Common Name: Eastern Bluebird
A small robin like bird. This specimen is a male. It predominately blue coloured head, back, wings and tail. The underside from throat to half way down belly is brown. The rest of the belly is white. The blue of the feathers has a slight sheen to them.
