Badge, Junior Cadets
Description
A New Zealand Junior Cadets badge, possibly belonging to Edward Cain of Te Kiri. The badge is circular and bronze, topped with a crown. The front of the badge has ' GVR ' embossed in the centre in cursive script, with the words ' JUNIOR CADETS N.Z. ' embossed around the outside of the badge. On the reverse are two loops with a pin for attaching to clothing or similar.

badge,
as
he
was
in
his
40s
when
he
enlisted
for
war.
