 Description
A French Voluntary Military Services Cross. The bronze Maltese cross features a left facing profile of a helmet wearing soldier. " REPUBLIQUE FRANCAISE " is marked above it while " Delannoy " is marked in small letters near the neck of the bust. A wreath design features between the arms of the cross. The medal is attached by a simple round suspension to a red and blue striped ribbon
