Maybe a Church or school group. Ashley family were at Okato. John Andrew Ashley born 1903, Mary Isabella Ashley born 1897, Ada Christina Ashley born 1906. There were 10 children so perhaps more are in the picture. No other relatives except Horace Albert Larking who was born 1897, but married into family later.

Judging by some of the names, Corbett, Fox, it could be a family reunion from the Okato area?
