Glass plate negative showing Newton King's house 'Booklands'.. There is a path leading to the house. On the right of the path there grass with bushes and plants. The house is on the left with the path leading to the doorway. The path also continues on beyond the building. The house has two levels and a high pitched roof. There are two chimneys on the roof. Behind the house there are more trees or bushes.
