Westown Hotel [menus]
Menus for the Westown Hotel and The Aquarius Room. Menus are not dated but are thought to have been produced during Andre Teissonniere's time at the restaurant as head chef, circa 1976 (between immigrating to New Zealand and opening his fine dining restaurant Andre's L'Escargot on Devon Street East in 1977).
