 Description
Safe conduct pass issued by Field Marshal Harold Rupert Alexander, Supreme Allied Commander in the Mediterranean Theatre of Operations. The leaflet promises safe passage to any soldier found carrying it as a sign that he wishes to surrender. On the verso the message is translated into German, Italian and Polish.
