Description
A felt brooch. The brooch is a diamond shape, with a black felt base, on top of which is stitched a dark blue diamond. On top of the blue felt are a number of pieces of coloured felt, stitched together to look like flowers. The brooch has a blue felt bow to which a pin is attached.

This brooch was made during World War Two, when there was limited material available for luxuries like jewellery. It may have been made from scraps of felt and other material that would have otherwise been thrown away. It belonged to Selina McLean.
