Sir Paul Reeves Governor General welcomes everyone to the event from around New Zealand, the Commonwealth countries, Australia, Canada, USA, France and as far as Poland. He thanked everyone from the host city New Plymouth and those from British Airborne contingent for organising Airborne Spectacular.
