Group of nine men from Captain V. Thorne's Air Navigation Class, New Plymouth Aero Club, 1937. The four men in the front row are seated with a table with a small globe in the centre. The five men in the back row are standing. They are all wearing suits. The photograph is mounted on a cardboard support and there are eight signatures around it. There is also a smaller photograph of an unidentified man adhered in the top left corner of the support.
