Multi coloured cape with tassels. Horizontal whenu coloured using synthetic dyes. Whenu have been twisted (miro) and then held by a whatu aho-tahi taaniko stitch at intervals ranging from 15-35mm spacing. At Whenu termination points the thread have been splayed to form a tassel
