Description
A Dow Service Badge 1*, awarded to Allen Smith. The badge is housed in a blue plastic container, and has a small gold, diamond shaped face with ' DOW " engraved in the surface. This gold section is mounted in a silver shield shaped section with a small diamond set inside. The badge has an ornate silver hold on the pin for attaching to clothing.
