Halftone copy of photograph of two-storied wooden house known as 'Fleetwood' Cottage, located at 38 Carrington Street, New Plymouth. The house has a verandah on its lower level. A woman is seated on the edge of the verandah and a young boy, wearing a sailor suit, is standing at the top of steps leading from the verandah to the garden. 'Fleetwood' cottage was bought by Hal Goodacre in circa 1883.
